I needed an exercise machine, purchased on eBay, packed up into the original shipping crate for later pickup and freight shipment. Even though it was a small job, Ardell responded quickly. The 400 pound machine needed to be moved from an office area to a garage area and placed into the original shipping crate. Ardell arrived in less than 24 hours and had the job done in about 30 minutes.
