Substandard Service

This company lacks professionalism. I left work 1 hour early to meet them at my house. They were 1 1/2 hours late delivering my item and didn't give me a courtesy call. When I called them, they didn't take responsibility but rather blame shifted to me. They came ill equiped without a dolly to bring the item into my house and wanted to leave the pallet in my yard. I would go with someone else.
