I like Cracker Barrel. I eat here whenever I travel and rarely have any complaints. My trout was nice n fresh, hot off the grill. But they had put the veggies on way to soon n were barely warm, the exterior was cold when I got them. So I told the waitress n she brought out veggies obviously microwaved so hot you couldn't eat them. I just wanted them the normal way Cracker Barrel serves them. I don't even eat microwaved food, don't believe in it. Then with the micro veg she drops the check in the middle of lunch never to return. I looked at my clock on my phone, I sat 10 minutes with an empty glass, thirsty, and she never came anywhere near me. She never asked before dropping the check would I like dessert. I would have, but now no thanks. The cashier usually asks if all was good. She did not. No one cares here, avoid this Cracker Barrel.. No tip was my response with a note letting her know I was thirsty... And she is not done till I'm finished eating.

this used to be my FAV all time place to eat. we would eat and then shop. A few years ago they was very rude to my severly handicap child and we said we would never go back. But last month we did decide to give it another try. I ordered meat loaf and my husband chicken and the kids chicken .



My meat loaf was RAW yes RAW. I called a manager over to see and he seemed offended we would be showing him this. ( I threw up when I took the first bite)

The people sitting behind us actully asked us if our meat was raw and asked us not to eat it. we told them we had already informed the manager. We told them we would pay for our bill minus the meatloaf and leave. He came running out to let us know it was indeed raw and he would be taking care of our whole meal.
