Okmulgee High School provides academic education and career-oriented courses to students in grades nine through 12. It is part of Okmulgee Public Schools and enrolls more than 500 students. The school s curriculum includes English, foreign languages, mathematics, language arts, fine arts, science and social studies. Additionally, it offers courses in business, agriculture, information technology, and family and consumer science. It also offers special and industrial education. The school offers various extracurricular activities, including art, music, dance and band, and organizes cultural events. It also offers various student councils and organizations, such as Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. Additionally, the school has a library providing a large collection of books, periodicals, audiovisual materials, magazines and newspapers, and offers access to the Internet.
