Although I received the telephone number I still was unable to get the information that I actually wanted which was only the hours of operation. After getting the main number, the system gave me the direct number to the library which was good but when I called I expected to get the address and/or hours of operation but instead the system told me the the extension had no answer and then the recording which I originally got before I got the main number kicked in again only to repeat what I had already heard. A total waste of time. Not helpfull at all.
