A loyal customer for several years, imagine my surprise when my husband's extremely expensive bifocals purchased in May 2016 suddenly developed a strange cloudy fog in the lenses 6 months after the purchase . (Some sort of chemical reaction we were told)? Previous glasses lasted almost nine years. The manager offered us a discount on new lenses. She said the "computer" wouldn't let her do anything else. These were the general manager's words. Obviously LensCrafters is now producing inferior quality lenses and we will never shop there again.

When ordering glasses from this store please make sure that they use your correct insurance information. I was trying to get contact lenses and they put a claim into my insurance company for someone with the same name. NEVER verifing the infomration. Now I have to jump through hoops to rectify this.
