They have lots of stuff, enjoy seeing the holiday items, BUT, they are WAY over priced!! So I don't buy from them.

I Bought 5 DVD's, one of which ("Stay" ) was an empty case . I tried to return it the same day with receipt in hand, only to be informed that the best they could do was trade it for another of the same. After 30 minutes of looking through every DVD they had I did not find the movie I was looking for, thus if the policy quoted where to be believed they couldn't do jack for me. I walked out not bothering to collect the empty case from the cashier and telling myself I would not shop at Big Lots again.

They were very nice I needed to return something I bought from a different Big Lots and they were awesome.
