I agree I have been burned by them in the past.But why be kind Rory? frozen pizza's have been better.And don't bother with the condescending owner,(and thats when he's in a good mood) to complain to he all but calls customer liars.

It's a gamble ordering from napoli...when they get really busy they will make these premade crust pizzas as opposed to fresh dough...the fresh pizza is excellent...the premade crust pizza is awful, on par with your average frozen pizza...maybe that's being too kind...I've been burned too many times so I'll never order from these folks again.

quality varies from time to time, so clearly not all the cooks are following the recipes exact. Have always gotten our deliveries promptly and correct. One time they forgot a 2 liter of soda, the driver brought it back to us on his next run. Drivers are all very polite.

Waited over an hour to have an old dried out pizza delivered to us.This pizza was as hard as a television sitcom prop.We called and spoke to a ignorant person that said his name was Anthony and told him about it he said in a very condescending way that he would give me 10 dollars off the next time I call.I had never ordered from the place before and told him that and I wanted this pizza to be replaced.HE REFUSED.and hung up.my advise to anyone reading this is If you have never ordered DON'T; if you want to be treated like sh$t DO.

I ordered some food over the phone and the lady taking my order was rude and seemed annoyed because I asked her to run my debit card over the phone. She then proceeded to talk to another person while I was on the phone waiting for confirmation on my card going through.

Waited over an hour and forty minutes for our delivery. First they errored thinking we were going to pick it up, then waited another hour (we are fifteen minutes away) for "being delivered right away!! Will never order from here again.
