Provided by YP.comThey would not stand behind their shoddy repairs and customer had to pay for all the work that wasn't completed correctly the first time. Would recommend you get your scale equipment elsewhere especially if you want equipment repaired correctly the first time.
Hello Ryan, we at Triner Scale strive for excellence in our equipment. In your situation we repaired the product according to the issue at hand. When your indicator was 7 years old, you sent it in for repair and it needed a replacement of the internal battery. Since the indicator was years out of warranty we charged you according to our policies. A year later when the indicator was sent back in, we repaired a loose solder joint, made sure the equipment was in working order and sent it back. Unfortunately your equipment is long past it's warranty and again we had to charge for the repair. We stand behind all of our repairs and believe we corrected your issues while making sure everything was in working order before it was returned. These were two separate issues and both times your equipment was repaired and you were charged accordingly because the equipment is out of warranty.
