If you want to do business with Edward Jones, and don't care about your financial advisor, Bill's your man. After 14 years, he reassigned me to someone in his office (someone I did not like) and refused to return my calls when I wanted to discuss my concern. Guess I didn't have enough money in to rate his attention. That's loyalty for you.
