Provided by YP.comThis business falsely advertised that they would pay more for my textbooks than the UNO Bookstore would. I knew in advance how much UNO would pay me. The Big O Bookstore ended up giving me $18 less than UNO would have. When I brought this to the cashiers attention, he just shrugged and said it wasn't his problem. Horrible customer service.
