Lovely older woman wanted to know all about the portrait of my great grandparents and promised to pack and ship with care.

WOW! I just wanted to take a moment and say I have finally found my favorite place to ship. I had a few pieces of china I had to ship to my granddaughter and called a couple of UPS and FedEx stores and was frustrated because they did not seem to want to work with me - maybe I did not have enough to ship - not sure but I felt put off.. My last call was to Post & Package where I found they ship UPS and FedEx and the Post Office! They took time to answer my questions and even though I called back several times with more questions - I never felt I was interrupting their day.. They shipped the china to my granddaughter and it arrived in perfect condition. Like I said I have found my new shipping store!

The service was quick and I left feeling assured my package would be packaged well since the cashier specifically asked me if any items were fragile and asked me to show him which ones. HOWEVER, the Christmas presents were received and the fragile item had been packed on the bottom of the box with NO packing around it and ALL the other items on top of it! Needless to say this careless act resulted in a broken Christmas gift and money WASTED! I will never go back here.

I called this store and asked the cost of a service, I then asked the nearest cross street. I was told by vicki that "she is with a customer to call back", she then hung up on me. I called another store to tell the owner an employee hung up on me, only to find out Vicki is the owner. Vicki then called me numerous times after I told her not to. She made statements such as "what is your problem". Obviously, negating the fact she just hung up on me. I would not go to this business if they offered me free service. I could have called a vast amount of other businesses, and will plan to. I told ther I was new to the area as a professional and needed the cross street. How terribly rude to treat someone in your community. I guess the revenue is not that important to vicki. Must be nice in this economy to chase away business and be allowed to hang up on people. Good riddens.
