i would like to say my experience with David Tighe .my son ran into a situattion and i was just distraut I was looking through the phone book and found him on a holiday and he answered ,well after talking with me for over and hour he calmed me down ,he checked on my son and assured me he was ok. he at that time never asked me for not one penny.he sent me a bill in the mail and worked with me on payments...Im so thankful to have had found David..he understands..Thank you .soo much..IB &AR.

I have had david tighe working on a child case of mine for a year now. At first he had another attorney in his office that helped him out by answering the phone and giving him his messages. This work for awhile. then she moved out and he only had a cell phone. this is when I started having problems with david not returning phone calls. I would leave a message on his cell and it would take weeks if not a month for him to return the call and that is after trying day after day and telling him I was going to report him to the bar. then I got him to do somthing on my case. I see no reason why a person has to work this hard on your own attorney to do somthing. If you want someone to call you back just to answer questions and help David is not that person. I have been set for trial for over five months with the IRS breathing down my throat.If somthing dose not happenby years end I will be srewed that is why I got David and so far after he said he was going to help I have seen none.
