My 1st visit & I will go again to KAYLA. She talked w/ me, at length about my color, & the RED turned out Better jobbeautiful. I DO THINK THAT THE INSTRUCTORS CUD DO A much better job in their appearance, especially their HAIR, several looked like they needed conditioners & like they just rolled out of bed !

Not the best school

I attended Xenon in 2008. I picked Xenon instead of Capitol because it looked more creative there... Big mistake. When we got graded on practical work, there were 1-2 teachers for my class of 30 students walking around grading. If they did not see you do something, you got marked off for it! How could they possibly watch all 30 students at the same time!? The last straw was when i moved on from Basics to the floor. We had a classroom session about colour, and everyone was asking questions to understand better. After about 5-6 questions, the teacher very rudly replied " If you guys would stop asking questions, we could get through this"... Really?? NONE of us had ever even used that brand of colour! I thought i was paying for an education, not a PMSing teacher getting mad when we ask questions!I have worked at a few different salons since as a receptionist or retail consultant, and every single person i talk to, even Xenon grads, say Capitol is the way to go!

i love this place

I have gone here twice and both times i had my hair highlighted it may take a little longer but they have always done a good job. Plus for long thick hair it only cost me $45 and all other places I have gone want $75 to start. It is a wonderful place and they do a wonderful job

Xenon Graduate

I graduated from xenon in 1996 and I have never received a complaint. I have had the pleasure of working with other xenon graduates and it was so easy to work with them because of our extensive training. We stayed on the same page in regard to product knowledge and technical procedures. I was the worst student they could possibly have and I was taught how to be neat and professional. I believe that any bad experiences are few and far between.

not happy

I have never had a worse hair cut, and I have never come home with so much hair on me. I completely suport schools and learning, but the instructor wasn't even able to give a good hair cut.I am not one to take the time to write a complaint so this is pretty bad.

My daughter and I really like this place.

We've been satisfied with our haircuts. We like it that our appointments are honored on time. Exceptionally great value for the money. I highly recommend.
