I bought three bunches of kale from my local grocery store. I made kale potato chips with one bunch and was using the rest of the kale today to make chips again when I noticed my kale was loaded with dead bugs on every leaf. I got sooo sick that I threw it all away. I feel like I am going to throw up knowing I ate one bunch of the kale without looking closely to see if bugs were on that one. (By the way, this is all after washing...the bugs were so attached to the leaves that they wouldn't wash off with water.)
