Wonderful repair job on my Eclipse! Looks Brand New again! Great clean up inside and out! :-)

The attached photo is of my 2005 Chevrolet Impala...on The Monday prior to Thanksgiving, while enroute to Arkansas for the Thanksgiving Holiday, I was surprised by a huge St. Bernard Dog, that decided at the last seconds to run head on into my vehicle, with me swerving to miss said dog, the enevitable happened, contact was made and the damage was horrible, as this animal wiped out my front bumper spoiler, took out my horn system, windshield wiper system, front fog light system, and warped my right front quarter panel, the damage was over and estimated $2000.00 dollars, and I was devastated by the damage and the fact that I had accidently hit some childs dog, and they wouldn't be able to spend priceless time with it anymore!



Upon my arrival or return home, I took my Impala to Jack at Collision Classic, for his assessment and determination for repair...he professionally took the time to look my vehicle over, thoroughly for damages and quoted me the price it would take to repair it...on Monday, December 12, 2011 acting on Jacks phone notification to me on Friday, December 9, 2011, I delivered my vehicle to Classic Collision, turned it over to Jack, and by Thursday, December 15, 2011, I received a morning call from Jack that my vehicle was ready for pick-up...words can't describe my reaction to how quickly my Impala was repaired, and ready for me to receive back in return.



I went to Classic Collision, and met with Jack, to pay him, and the ease of procedure was second to no other...no worry about the insurance claim paperwork, as Jack took care of all that, all I had to do was sign the papers on the dotted line, and then Jack walked with me to my vehicle, and my eyes beheld my vehicle and to be truly honest it was like looking at a miracle, as my front end that was duck taped to hold it together and keep it from falling apart, was like Brand new, right off the showroom floor and the best part is, he had washed and cleaned it inside and out, as well as waxed it, and everything, the horn, the fog lights, the windshield wiper system, all worked perfectly and like brand new as well! I was so thrilled to see that my vehicle was repaired with such delicacy, and superb precision, that I can express enough my total satisfaction and extreme deep gratitude to Jack and his expert staff for the overall handling of my Impala and myself, as I felt like a VIP, and the treatment was exactly the same.



You ask me if I am a satified customer, You BETCHA, I am and if I ever need any type of repair again, it would be no other place in the State of Alabama other than Jack with Classic Collision! The Christian atmosphere, the impeccable above board treatment of the customer, and inspiration among all the staff is something to stand and be proud of!



Jack, please know that I deeply appreciate the fantastic and fabulous job you and our people did on my 2005 Chevrolet Impala, and may God continue to bless you and all of yours for going over and beyond, for a job "WELL DONE!"
