Over the last 18 years I've experienced very poor service and multiple expenses as a result of water lines installed with too great a pressure and multiple ruptures in the lines. I'm speaking of homes in North Heron Bay. There have been at least 6 ruptures in main lines and 3 ruptures in my line including having to replace to regulators because of excessive pressure, as much as 250 PSI, supposed to be 80 PSI. Personally I've paid over $1,000 for their negligence.

Horrible utility. Just add charges to bills with no explanation and make sure they cut off water with no warning when you don't agree with charges. Don't care a bit about their customers and customers have no other option if they want running water. Just awful!

THE WORST BUSINESS TO EVER BE A "BUSINESS"!! Rude customer service and ridiculous fees. I cannot believe this company is still in business!

Worst public works anywhere, period! Doesn't matter what they do you have NO CHOICE who you go with! They lie then try and lie their way out of it! So sad actually! ����

Terrible customer service - often bill you for the wrong accounts with similar names - if you ever call to inquire about your billing statement you are talked to with sarcasm and even questioned about your age and mental capacity by management who regularly answers the phone.
