Absolutely excellent quality materials and craftsman installation service. The best baseboard and trim I have seen aside from the "craftsmanship" in Georgia. Brian in the store, excellent service. My husband and I purchased flooring for our home. We paid extra for commercial grade vinyl and they contracted someone to install the flooring. As the flooring failed we attempted to use our "25 year warranty." They sent someone out to verify we could use our warranty. It was denied. Sedentary lifestyle. No abuse. When I pointed out all the corners were not only popping but shattering lengthwise up the manager offered to send us some trim and we could install it ourselves. Waste of money and actually dangerously sharp. I had to use duct tape on my floor with mats placed all around. Walking barefoot in our own home has caused actual cuts. Stay away. If you want to check it out ask and get in writing how they honor the warranty they are happy to sell you.

My wife and I searched for our hardwood floors for three months before we made our selection and purchase. Our Sales person was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (We know because we did our researched before we went shopping)The pricing was very good and the installation and follow up was fantastic. Great Experience !
