Old, drafty, overpriced apartment with outdated appliances and bad carpet, managed by a mediocre staff with high-turnover rates.

I had to install my own carbon monoxide detector for an indoor water heater that banged 24/7. Sometimes the banging would wake me up at night, but they would not replace it unless it stopped working.

I got stuck on the balcony due to a doorknob malfunction, but they would not reimburse my locksmith fee because "the maintenance number is in your lease" which apparently I am supposed to carry with me at all times??

I had to install my own light fixture in the bedroom which was also not reimbursed.

I wrote on all my rent checks: "Please do not cash until the 5th" which they overlooked one month, costing me $50 in overdraft fees. Was I reimbursed? Nope!

My rent went from $795 to $835 after the first year.

Cleaning fee at move-out was typical scam artist fashion, charging me $20 for stuff like "oven cleaning" which was barely used and was dirty when I moved in.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. All I can say is it seems really golden when you're moving in, but once you actually move in, they treat you like dirt. For months we have been trying to get someone to takeover our lease. The management is literally pushing people away because they can make more if we break our lease instead of having someone take over the lease. They are charging people 3 months up front because of "policy changes" since we signed our lease. The management barely knows how to tie their shoes.
