Provided by YPmobileBought a pair of shoes and wanted to return them and it was my bad for losing the receipt. The guy had told me they could give me in store credit but I continued to look around to see if there was anything else. When I said I wanted in store credit the guy made up some lie about not having the cards to do it. He would only do an exchange. I think it's awful to lie to customers just so you don't have to do a return.
