Provided by YP.comThey don't bother to check whether the hot-and-ready pizza they're giving you is cheese or pepperoni. Twice they've given me the wrong pizza, and when I brought it back they could barely say "sorry". They just said that happens sometimes. No trying to make up for their mistake, not even saying they'll try to do better next time. I guess it's the customer's job to ask to see the pizza before buying it.
