I called him up, knew exactly what was wrong with my monitor.I didn't expect a quote, I know those types of things require actually looking at the equipment. All I wanted to know is if he could do the repair. I didn't even get done explaining my problem, when he started going off on me like I was some kind of idiot. I don't care how skilled he is, you can't start talking down to people like your god.

I will admit the owner is knowledgable. However, I am as well. I do not take being treated like I am ignorant and stupid when I ask questions. He just kept saying this is what you do. Never once letting me get a word in to explain what I had already tried - everything that he said. Rude and arrogant.

Our T.v. went out. When I called to get a price quote from Superior, they told me the quote would be free. I had to take the tv in, but it was worth the savings over other places. Our T.V. was fixed quickly, and we had it back the next day. I would highly recommend Superior to any of my friends!!
