The office staff are very rude and unprofessional ! Their billing practices and charges are unreasonable. They are taking advantage of this rural low income area and knowing they are the water district in town. Water charges are expensive and make no sense on how they come to the amounts they bill for especially being on meters. They state you pay for what you use but even with no usage the charges are the same or more. Note to staff : customer service should be number one not your power trips that seem to be on.
