Provided by YP.comDr De Cillas is not personable. he did not greet the patient, nor listen to the patient, nor make eye contact with the patient. The ER doc said he misdiagnosed her. He spoke softly knowing she has a hearing problem. The office staff complained about being overworked and bing confused. They close the office at 12-1 and do not have a place outside for the elderly can wait out of the heat or cold till they decide they are back from lunch. We will look for a new doc.
