Head Sheriff Michael E. Brooks is involved in a Large police cover up that has been going on for 9 years.We called him & the sheriff officers came over & look over the Large Police cover up going on. They them informed us to shut up about this cover up. We were Shocked by what they (the sheriffs officers) told us we were going to do! We also reported everything to the District Attorneys office in Winnebago county. They desided to help out in covering this police cover up as well. All of these people are extreamly dangerous & should not be taken lightly! They held my in jail over 1 year knowing the complete cover up! Michael Brooks came to talk to me several times while in his jail.
