I was greeted warmly, promptly registered, and immediately directed to the nurse, who took my blood pressure, pulse, weight, and height. I then had the opportunity to see Dr. Lidia Pousada, a very knowledgeable but warm and friendly physician. She allowed me to talk at length about complex issues regarding my parents as well as myself. She helped me lay out a realistic plan, and then she and her office staff completely followed up on it.



I would recommend Dr. Pousada and her medical team to anyone looking for personalized, intelligent medical care. She even acccepts most insurances, and has a sliding scale fee for uninsured patients. I've never enjoyed a doctor's visit more!
