Long story short, I took my 2005 Hummer H2 to them for a full audio system/navigation/upgrade from the factory navigation. Biggest mistake I ever made. After over $3000 out of pocket and two visits, the new in-dash Nav is argueably the worst unit on the market and extremely unreliable. They installed components wrong, and multiple items in my truck no longer work properly (lights, seat memory functions, etc) from the removal of the dash and other parts to 'upgrade' my truck. They took a half-way decent factory system and turned the truck into a heap of metal full of issues. Quotes to 'fix' everything by another Car Audio shop have come in over $2000 to get a new Nav unit that is reliable and everything installed/correctly.



Lesson I learned: Save your money and go to a professional. These guys are hacks.
