Horrible company to do business with.I cant say enough how much I despised renting from them.Ranging from ridiculous charges, broken guarantees, and the complete and udder lack of desire to keep their tenants happy.They will nickel&dime you for everything they can. If you choose to do business with them then there are a few things you should expect.- You wont get your Deposit back, they will find a way to keep it.- No matter what happens they will never let you out of the lease without paying for the entire term.- They will not make the repairs the promise unless a cheap ghetto-rig can be done.- The will charge you ridiculous late fees even if they got your rent on time but cashed it late.- Take pictures of EVERYTHING because they will try to make you pay for repairs on things that were already broken.- They will not listen to anything you have to say. Their property manager Jessica has a friendly voice, but dont be fooled.Just to clarify none of the issues I had with them was about the neighborhood, only the poor business values.If I could rate lower I would; stay away from them.
