Worst experience. If manager read this, get back to me. I am totally disappointed and frustrated being valuable customer to things remembered.

I thought the prices were pretty reasonable but for the engraving which is done by a machine $3 a word it WAAY too much - I paid $20 less for the engraving than the gift I purchased. Nor was it really spelled out anywhere how much it cost for engraving.

I tried to get my pocket watch engraved. The sales person didn't want to help me it was plain to see. After asking questions and just getting the basic yes , no. I never got a quote on how much it would cost if I didn't get my watch there. Only that it would cost extra. I left and will never purchase from this company again. They are not very nice. I think I would rather have an experienced jeweler do it anyway.
