I called their customer service to find out when they are open to pick up wholesale purchases. Then purchased transportation tickets around their times...customer service told me 9pm. I arrived at 5:15pm and they said they were closed. The lot manager was there, but unwilling to be flexible even when their company had made an error in information. I don't mind when people make mistakes, but the disconnect in not understanding the misinformation was their company's fault bothers me. It bothers me even more when it was their own location giving the info. It was "not our fault because customer service is nationally located rather than local to their office." Guess what? I recalled the number and it did not go to a national place, it went to the Oxnard sales office. The branch is not busy and I also spoke with the lot who has the power to do the 10 minute job of releasing the vehicle. They are just don’t give a crap and are holding with their inflexible policy regardless of their own mistake.
