I checked into internet with this company. They quoted me a price and said there was a 30 day trial then a 2 year contract.
It was installed very quickly and installer was great.
Within 2 days I could see that this internet was not working with my Magic Jack phone the reason why I was changing internets.
I called to see if I could get a refund. They said no because I already paid for it. I was fine with that and said I wanted to cancel. They said I would have to go through Hughes Net. I contacted Hughes Net and they said I would have to pay a cancellation fee to cancel the contract there was no 30 day trial. I told them I had been told there was a 30 day trial by their own people. I said I would not pay the fee and they agreed to wave the fee.
Why can't people be honest?
