We have used Todd surveying three times since 2019. This is not the first surveying company we have used, but by far the most knowledgeable, precise and supportive. Always there to answer our questions and guide us through some complex issues, we trusted them above the closing company for guidance in navigating a Christian County closing. We are so thankful that Loyd and Connie were recommended to us!

Yesterday Todd Survey trespassed on our property without our permission even though my husband was in the backyard at the time. As soon as my husband left they leaned over our fence and placed their surveying equipment in the back corner of our property. Their client had told them not to come on our property as we have had ongoing property line disputes with her. When I saw Todd Survey in our back yard I yelled from the bedroom window to get off our property. Because of not asking our permission it ended up with the Police being called. Would never recommend this company as their actions put us in danger from their client.

Couldn't have figured this out without their help! The staff made getting my property split, approved by Planning & Zoning and recorded with the county a easy to follow "step-by-step" process. So glad I didn't go anywhere else!!!

Mr. Todd was able to work in my survey fast so I could get my fence put up! I called the office where Connie walked me through the entire process and even helped me obtain a copy of my Warranty Deed.
