Had great service during my purchase but the way the attitudes changed to completely rude when trying to make a return! I purchase 3 bed covers and was told they would completely seal my matress in. Got home and all they did was cover the top of the matress like a bottom sheet. Went to return and was told they would not refund them and that I knew what I was getting when I made the purchase! I only opened one cover and went to return them! The manager told me to save them for future use! I found ones at Walmart that completely seal for cheaper and appear to be better quality! I just wanted my $200 back because I was lied to by their salesman when I made it completely clear as to what I wanted! These people are criminals!
