American Range began in the early 1940s when its founder, Mourad Demirjian, began his career in designing and building cooking equipment. He brought his experience and innovative skills to the United States in 1960 and immediately began working for the leading manufacturers in the food service industry. Demirjian has been instrumental in creating the lines for many of the well-known names in restaurant and industrial appliance manufacturing. Each of American Range s items are built in the old world tradition of craftsmanship. American Range s entire line has been engineered to give many years of service in the most demanding applications, while every effort has been made to keep the cost down.
