I received excellent customer service and the problem was explained to me in terms I can understand- thank you.

***BEWARE***Extremely disappointed in this service. My work computer was tied up for over a week. (Work order was made on Thursday, but told not to bring it in until Monday. They were closed on Monday. Took it to them on Tuesday. It was "ready" on the next Monday.) The virus issues were supposedly removed, but they offered to wipe my computer if it still didn't work. I requested virus reliable virus protection for three systems. When it was returned, the registry dated the viruses from when it was in the care of Cook's Computer Solutions. There was no information concerning an reliable virus protection. It was returned and I was advised to reload the original virus protection. Cost was $100. When I called again, they offered to wipe it again. Afterwards I took it to someone who could be trusted and it was repaired and back in my possession within 24 hours. Amazing that it didn't take them a 1 1/2 week to run my credit card. There was no offer to refund my money. I was charged $100, down from work for nearly 2 weeks with loss of income, and computer came back worse than it went in. ***BEWARE***
