After using Alpine Design and Build, I won't ever use another builder in the Pagosa Springs area. David Harbur was honorable and wise with his decisions to overcome any problems we had in our design. He responded quickly to help ensure we got the floor plan we preferred.

Compared to everyone else, Alpine Design & Build comes up with a great product. We shopped around a lot for a builder and talked to several but Dan really stood out.

Alpine Design and Build built us a home back in 2005 and then another back in 2009. They met and exceeded our expectations. The staff isn't very big but they were quite professional and knowledgeable.
