Provided by YPmobileI went for help on 2/16 and came out of the store angry and totally frustrated!! The Att rep really tried to help me but could not. Manny the manager could NOT find a solution to my problem. In fact told me they could not find my phone in ANY of their records. I called Att customer support and spoke to a woman that found everything I needed. Do go to Manny's store!!
