I had many problems with my AZ Tmobile account and I walk into this location in Palm Springs and the manager of the store solves all the problems that my home location could not do in 3 weeks. I can not express enough that this store has great management , great staff and if all the Tmobile stores was cloned from this store T-Mobile in Palm Springs the company would never have to worry about competition. Thanks a lot it was a great experience...
