I've back to Lens-crafters 3 times to have my contacts adjusted. I paid 500 dollars for a pair of glasses I hate and can't return them. Wait time for help, customer service, and having to wait over the weekend for glasses is not acceptable.

Machines are always broken

They are always too busy and machines are always broken... Having to wait 24 hrs to get glasses when they claim it can be done in 1 hour
