Dr. Phadke is a board-certified primary care internal medicine physician and Clinical Associate Professor of Primary Care & Population Health at the Stanford School of Medicine. She holds several administrative roles including Associate Physician Improvement Leader for the Stanford Department of Medicine, Associate Chief Quality Officer for Ambulatory Care and Population Health at Stanford Healthcare, and co-chair of the Quality Improvement Subcommittee for the Society for General Internal Medicine.In her clinical care, she enjoys forming deep and lasting relationships with patients.
