This is an alright place to live. I've been here for 3 years. You can buy a condo here for less than rent. You can get hardwood floors, stainless steel, granite, whirlpool tub, ceiling fans, a decent living room and dinette and 2 carpeted bedrooms. The lawn is kept up and the trash is removed once per week or more. Sure others may tell bad things but who pays your bills? You can have bad neighbors anywhere including prissy lilly neighborhoods. Come tax time, I will make out better becasue I now have deductions.
