Dr. was negligent and unprofessional in his conduct during recent office visit. Neither doctor nor staff took my blood pressure (I have high blood pressure and arrhythmia and am on meds to control these issues). However, both a blood pressure reading and a height measurement were reported on my medical records when neither were measured. When staff and doctor questioned about the false medical recordings, the questions were first evaded and ultimately dismissed "with attitude" as "mistaken". I do not trust Dr. with my healthcare. Transferring to new cardiologist.
