Terrible Service

TERRIBLE SERVICE: August 2014:  need to get in my house.  Locksmith sent a guy who had only been working for 6 months.  tried to unlock the door from the garage that leads to the house.  after 2 hours, he couldn't get the door unlock.  Tried to drill the lock off.  Couldn't do that.  Mind you the deadbolt wasn't locked just the door knob.  Ended up forcing the door open and busting my door frame.  Charged me $115.  I called the company that sent the guy as well as the guy who damaged my door with negative results on getting someone to fix my door frame.  I was told that they would fix the door frame for a REALLY GOOD PRICE.  Because of the damage, the door won't latch or lock. Now my calls not being returned.
