Tito the salesperson was outstanding. He was helpful, patient and right on with the shoes and boots he pulled out for me. If they didn’t fit right he told me and went back for more choices until I picked out three pairs of boots and two pairs of shoes.

When you walk in you get the feeling of good old time service and thats what you get.The sales staff are very helpfull and know there product.Good conversation a few laughs and no pressure.They care if its right for you and dont

seem to mind how many you try on.This made me relax and not be afraid to ask for a couple styles to try on.

Its nice to find a place like westernboot world and see good customer service can still be found.Great selection
