So I took my car to Midas afterwork for a 3pm apt since it was the closest location near my job and they would be done before I picked my kids up from school..I told them I was having electrical issues and car wouldn't start. They told me at first it was probably battery, starter, or alternator.. But come to find out after their Check engine light.. it was all 3! They gave me an estimate of $1150. I was completely amazed at how much.. The service rep was Nelson Morales and he told me my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan was so new that the parts were expensive. So I phoned my husband immediately and he said "hell no" that's too much money. So we got a second opinion from a mechanic near our home that we used before and he said TOTAL $275.00 parts and labor!! OMG.. We hit the roof, MIDAS is a rip off and DO NOT GO THERE.. even if your last resort.. still go to a mechanic at a local gas station.. Screw Midas and their over inflated prices!!!! Disgusting.. a 80% markup!

Keeping appointments is sketchy at best at this location (plan on at least an hour - maybe longer), but when they not do not honor their own coupons and rotate tires (advertising notwithstanding, apparently tire rotation is at the discretion of the store), even when specifically requested, why should anyone trust them with any aspect of their business. A formal complaint was filed with the parent company - I will not return to this or any Midas location.

I am very impressed with the service I have gotten at this facility. I have brought my car in for everyday service such as oil changes and brake repairs. Each time, I was treated with courtesy, I received an estimate and my car was serviced quickly. I have also brought my car in for larger repairs; the latest for a fuel guage that was not working. Although it took multiple visits to actually determine which part was not working - simply by replacing various parts until the culprit was found, Rich was always willing to take the car back and try again until it was finally fixed. I found everyone at this facility to be professional and courteous. I am more than satisfied with Rich and his staff and have recommended them to family and friends.
