Called to make appointment to have many things installed Including rear view backup camera(wireless simple install),dvd player to my existing vhs and lcd screen, have factory 6 disc player repaired. Was put on hold for 15 minutes when I decided that my money would be better spent somewhere with better customer service! Use somewhere else!

What a POS place is. You purchase a car starter off Living Social for a reasonable cost and when you get here they charge you another 200.00 to install it !!!!!!! I called around to get a price on stereo installation and they were double most others including there other shops!!!! Travis is unfriendly and makes you think he is doing you a favor by working on your car. This place has the worst customer service in Baltimore. Also if your not of his color you will wait until everyone in the store thats his color gets waited on before you do! Down rite terrible. DONT GO HERE/DONT GO HERE/DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

I came in and ask where the stereo receivers was and the guy pointed to the room it was in and after standing in there for 20 minutes no one came and asked if I needed help so I just walked out.. I was ready to buy but they suck at customer service I'm more than glad to take my money elsewhere
