He was very professional and helpful and made it easy for someone who works a lot and couldn't meet up anytime to get everything figured out...even after hours! I was very, very impressed with the customer service offered! His office was very responsive and always got back to be quickly. His office even sent me a birthday card on my birthday! I was baffled and thoroughly impressed, as I have only used him once so far! He ended up getting the case dismissed, as I had expected. This guy really fought for my case.
