I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychiatric Technician, and a Master's level Addictions Counselor in Pasadena, California.For 23 years, I've been providing mental health services for adults and adolescents in both inpatient and/or outpatient settings. As such, I have a varied experience with abuse, trauma, grief/loss, issues of personal growth, relationships, and mental illness. During that time I have also worked extensively with addictions and related issues ("co-dependency", eating disorders, dual diagnosis...).My responsibilities have ranged from Licensed Psychiatric Technician (where much of my experience for mental health and medications comes from), to Program Director. During the week I serve as a Quality Improvement Director in an inpatient facility, and I have a private practice on Saturdays.
