They installed a new stereo for $818. From the day I got it, it did not work properly. When I would call them for help they were rude and at one point said "I don't know how that works, you can come here and we can learn together." I paid for their services because I thought they knew their products. About a week later I brought my truck back. Once again I was treated rudely. They told me that the JVC product was made incorrectly at the factory. They said they could replace it for $20 shipping. I was hesitant but they owner told me if I had any problems to contact JVC. The JVC rep. said that the dealer (Advanced Audio) is not suppose to charge the customer shipping and that if it was a factory defect there would be no shipping charge regardless. I called the owner of Advanced and explained to him what JVC had told me. I never mentioned wanting my money back for the shipping but he responded with "you will not get the $20 back,we charge everyone that." At that point I told him I would just like to bring it back and get my money back. He raised his voice and told me he would not argue with me and if I was going to "be like that" I could have shipped it myself. After all of this the stereo is still not installed properly.
