I have been taking my vehicles to John for about 15 years now, and he is the only one I trust to do honest work on them. My car was having issues late in the evening after most shops are closed, and I made the mistake of taking it to a dealership that was open late. I paid more than I should have for the service and once it was complete, was told that I needed to get another service done on it that was going to cost me $1,800. I reached out to John immediately to get his opinion. He had me bring it to his shop the next day where he confirmed that I did not need the service done that the dealership had tried to tell me was absolutely necessary. Not only that, but IF I had actually needed it done, he would have charged half of what the dealership had told me. John is the most trustworthy,
caring mechanic you will find. I highly, highly recommend taking your vehicle to John at Parsons Automotive. I am extremely grateful for him.
